HOW TO COOK ...
Dried instant noodles oriental kitchen hot Korean ramen flavor with stir fried pork,shrimp and basil
Ingredients
200g minced pork
5 Shrimp
4 Cloves garlic
8 Thai chili
1 Cups basil
1 tbs. Thai fish sauce
1 tbs. Thai dark sweet soy sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
Step to Make it
Roughly chop garlic and chili, set aside. Take basil leaves from stem and set aside.
Heat a wok over high heat, add cooking oil. Add garlic and chili; stir fry until fragrance about 1 minute. Make sure not to burn garlic.
Add pork,shrimp and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour Thai dark sweet soy sauce,Thai fish sauce,sugar into wok and stir fry until pork absorbed about 30 second to 1 minute.
Stir in basil and remove from heat. Serve with fried egg and Hot Korean ramen . Enjoy!
