Brownie&Chocolate Banana Cake

Brownie Ingredients

  • Semi-sweet dark chocolate 200 grams

  • Butter 1/2 cup (115 grams)

  • Granulated sugar 1 cup

  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup

  • Eggs 3 medium size

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • All-purpose flour 1/2 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup



Chocolate Banana Cake Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour 2 cup

  • Cocoa powder 3/4 cup

  • Baking Powder 1 1/2 tbs.

  • Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp.

  • salt 1/4 tsp.

  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup

  • Ripen Bananas 2

  • eggs 2

  • Olive oil 1/2 cup

  • vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp

  • Milk 1 cup

Step to make Brownie

  1. grease the pan with butter and line with parchment paper

  2. bring water to a simmer

  3. cut dark chocolate into small pieces then pour them into a clean bowl

  4. place a bowl on top of the pan and add butter and mix them slowly until completely melted then let it cool

  5. take a clean bowl and add granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs mix after each addition and mix until creamy

  6. add the salt, vanilla and the chocolate butter mixed. mix well

  7. add all-purpose flour and cocoa powder sift them together. gently fold them into the batter

  8. pour the batter into the baking pan, shack and tap gently.bake it for 30 mins at 180 ํc (preheated oven)

  9. let it cool and dip knife into hot water, wipe it for cut (clean the knife after each cut)

Step to make Chocolate banana cake

  1. take a clean bowl into that add all-purpose flour save this nicely

  2. add of cocoa powder save it to avoid lumps then add of baking soda, baking powder and a pinch pf salt

  3. add sugar them mix all the dry ingredients very well

  4. take ripened banana and mash them with the help of folk then into it add in about two eggs, whisk eggs and banana mixture thoroughly

  5. add Olive oil, vanilla essence and milk mix all this wet ingredients nicely for about 2 min

  6. pour these wet ingredients into the dry mixture , mix this slowly

  7. add milk or water if required and you can use butter instead of olive oil. mix this very well

  8. take a baking tray into it add in some butter, grease it with butter evenly

  9. pour the prepared batter into the baking tray and pre heat oven for 30 mins

  10. bake it in oven for 45 mins at 180 ํc

  11. check run knife to see if cake perfectly baked. you can see nothing is stick to it that means our cake is perfectly baked

  12. you can use the chocolate homemade once or store-bought chocolate of top it
